SUMMARY:
- This role will be a key member of the company’s L&D/Talent Development/Talent Management team
- Will design, develop and implement a variety of learning processes/programs to help the company to continue to grow
- Lead a team of 2 L&D Coordinators
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 years of L&D experience
- Experience implementing and delivering a variety of L&D initiatives
- Experience working with employees of all levels
