A growing, well-capitalized organization is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead its accounting, financial planning, and operational finance functions. This is a highly visible role partnering closely with executive leadership and playing a key part in shaping financial strategy, controls, and long-term performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic finance partner to executive leadership, overseeing accounting operations, financial planning, and performance management
- Lead the preparation and review of financial statements, forecasts, budgets, and management reporting
- Provide financial insight on strategic initiatives including long-range planning, investments, contracts, and business partnerships
- Drive continuous improvement of budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking processes across the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Approximately 10 years of progressive accounting and FP&A experience
- Proven experience leading accounting operations and partnering with senior leadership
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, internal controls, and business analytics
- Experience working with ERP systems (NetSuite experience strongly preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders
