A rapidly growing national corporation that is private equity owned is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager Consultant to join their team immediately on a REMOTE basis.Responsibilities:Lead and oversee the full spectrum of accounting operations, including month-end close, general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and financial reporting.Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with GAAP and internal policies.Partner with leadership to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.Implement, optimize, and manage processes within NetSuite to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including FP&A, operations, and tax, to support business initiatives.Provide guidance and mentorship to accounting staff as needed.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree is required.Proven experience working in a private equity-owned company environment.Strong NetSuite experience is mandatory.CPA is preferred but not required.Minimum four years of accounting experience. Solid knowledge of GAAP and accounting best practices.Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams.Ability to start immediately and adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment.
