OverviewWe're partnering with a fast-paced, publicly held IT consulting organization to hire an experienced HR Manager to support a multi-state, remote workforce within a sales-driven environment. This role serves as a strategic partner to leaders, driving employee relations, compliance, performance management, and workforce effectiveness.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as primary HR partner to managers and employees across multiple statesLead employee relations, investigations, conflict resolution, and performance managementCoach leaders on communication, feedback, and people managementEnsure compliance with multi-state employment laws (FLSA, wage & hour, overtime, final pay)Partner with Legal on employment law matters and sensitive HR issuesOversee onboarding, offboarding, annual reviews, and exit processesManage I-9 and E-Verify complianceSupport recruiting, hiring approvals, and offer processesMaintain accurate employee records, audits, and HR reportingLead HR process improvements, surveys, and special compliance projectsManage vendors and supervise HR staff as applicableRequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience8 years of progressive HR experience2 years of people management / supervisory experienceStrong knowledge of multi-state employment law (required)Public company experience and SOX knowledge preferredExperience supporting remote workforces and evolving organizationsHRIS experience required (PeopleSoft or Workday preferred)Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)HR certification preferred Why This RoleHigh-impact HR leadership roleExposure to executive leadership and legal partnershipOpportunity to shape HR practices in a growing, dynamic organizationLocation: Remote — Must reside in the Central Time ZoneCompensation: $110,000–$120,000 base bonusHoxton Circle is an equal opportunity employer.
