Why Join Howl at the Moon Mechanicals?
Howl at the Moon Mechanicals grew from work ethic and a calling to solve real problems for our community. We’re building a company where skill matters, promises mean something, and how we treat people carries as much weight as the finished installation.
Our values—integrity, trust, excellence, loyalty, and legacy—show up in how we work. Do the job correctly, even when nobody is watching. Speak up when something needs attention. Respect the home or business you’re working in. Support your teammates, own mistakes, and leave work you’re proud to put your name on.
We’re looking for someone who understands the difference between getting equipment running and delivering a quality installation. Someone who cares about the finished result, including the details customers may never see.
Your work matters, but so does your life outside work. Our rotating four-day schedule creates more room for family, personal commitments, and time to recharge—without building your life around an on-call rotation.
Our goal is to build a team of 45 technicians by 2032 while developing leaders who raise the standard for the next generation. Your experience can help strengthen installation quality, develop teammates, and shape the company we’re becoming.
Your Impact on Customers and Community
A quality installation means dependable heat, summer comfort, and confidence for the family trusting you with their home. For a light commercial customer, it means reliable equipment that supports daily operations.
Your workmanship matters long after the truck leaves. Proper preparation, installation, startup, and operating checks help protect the customer’s investment. Clear communication and respectful service matter just as much. That is how good work becomes lasting trust.
Growth, Schedule & Benefits
Work four 10-hour days per week on a repeating two-week rotation:
Week 1: Work Monday–Thursday, then Friday–Monday off.
Week 2: Work Tuesday–Friday, then Saturday–Sunday off.
Enjoy every weekend off, plus a four-day break every other week. No on-call duties. No after-hours service.
Company-provided: Company truck, fuel card, and specialty tools.
Benefits after 90 days: Health insurance, a 401(k) with company match, company-recognized paid holidays, and 40 hours of PTO that resets annually.
You’ll also receive paid training and overtime pay at time and a half.
Leadership growth is part of what we’re building. We value experienced installers who share knowledge, solve problems, and help make the team better. As your skills grow, your opportunities can grow with the company.
