Sales Associate

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, is passionate about health and fitness, and thrives in a sales-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage prospective and current members in a friendly, professional manner
• Conduct studio tours and explain HOTWORX services and benefits
• Convert leads into memberships through effective sales techniques
• Manage front desk operations, including calls, scheduling, and check-ins
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment
• Assist with marketing efforts, including social media and local outreach
• Build and maintain strong relationships with members

Qualifications:

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Basic computer and social media skills
