Role Description
This is a sales-focused leadership position responsible for driving studio revenue, membership growth, and retention while overseeing all daily operations. The General Manager must consistently meet and exceed monthly sales goals, lead by example in generating memberships, and implement strategic outreach initiatives to grow the studio’s member base.
Key responsibilities include actively selling memberships, coaching staff on sales performance, and holding the team accountable to monthly targets. The General Manager is responsible for executing marketing and community outreach efforts to increase leads and conversions while ensuring a high-energy, results-driven sales culture within the studio.
In addition to sales leadership, this role oversees staff scheduling, financial transactions, studio cleanliness, and full compliance with HOTWORX brand standards. The General Manager maintains a strong presence on the studio floor, regularly interacting with members and prospects to deliver an exceptional customer experience and foster a welcoming, motivating fitness environment.
