What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Manager position at HOTWORX?
HOTWORX is a 24/7 Infrared Fitness Studio with dedicated staff hours. We are currently looking to expand our team and interviewing for an assistant manager. Open availability for Morning or Night Shift scheduling and can work a full day shift if needed(8hrs).
The basic responsibilities of staff is Lead Outreaches communicate through phone call, voicemail, and text messaging to get outreaches scheduled for a free workout. Hosting a red appointment, you're able to give a tour of our fitness studio explaining the workouts and benefits of infrared energy. Sales close on Membership sales and push retail products. We are a fitness studio and it is required to be standing for your shift as you perform these duties.
Other Responsibilities
- Daily cleaning tasks to maintain studio appearance
- Social Media Management and Skills. Can stay active on our socials, help plan events, and network communications with other like minded businesses.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
Preferred Qualifications
- Health and Fitness Knowledge.
- Experience with social media and events
- Ability to manage frequent, high-volume outreach
Our ideal candidates have previous sales experience, strong interest in helping others with a passion for fitness, and social media marketing knowledge. Starting pay will be $13 with TSA commissions. After training with a full understanding of how to perform assistant manager tasks and responsibilities. Pay will be determined with Managers commissions.
