HOTWORX is an innovative 24-hour infrared fitness studio concept that delivers a unique hot exercise experience through patented infrared workout saunas. Members participate in virtually instructed 30-minute isometric sessions and 15-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) sessions that combine heat, infrared energy, and exercise for efficient, results-driven workouts. In addition to unlimited HOTWORX sessions, members have access to the Functional Exercise (FX) Zone for productive workouts before, after, or between sauna sessions.

This is NOT a front desk position. This is a Sales (plus Commision) and hospitality role for someone who loves building relationships, creating experiences, and helping others feel their best.

Responsibilities:
- Greet members and guests with Energy and Professionalism
- Present the HOTWORX concept and give studio tours
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into memberships
- Sell memberships, retail, and promotions
- Deliver an elevated member experience through hospitality and relationship-building
- Support local marketing and community outreach events
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment
- Work alongside a motivated team to achieve studio goals
Pay:
- Hourly starting at 16/hr
