Sales Associate — Hot Tubs & Saunas | Part-Time Crested Butte Hot Tub & Gunnison Hot Tub | Crested Butte & Gunnison, CO
Crested Butte Hot Tub and Gunnison Hot Tub are growing — and we're looking for a driven, personable sales professional to grow with us. This is a rare opportunity to sell a premium product in one of Colorado's most beautiful mountain communities, with real earning potential tied directly to your performance.
What You'll Do:
- Build solid product knowledge through dealership training videos, field visits, and manager support
- Proactively generate leads through networking, community outreach, and local relationships — you're not waiting for customers to walk in
- Consult with customers and guide them toward the right hot tub or sauna solution
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospects from first contact through close
- Split time between our Crested Butte and Gunnison locations
- Pitch in across showroom operations as a true team player
- Bring initiative and ideas as the business continues to expand
What We're Looking For:
- Proven sales experience, including lead generation and prospecting — you know how to build a pipeline, not just work one
- A genuine, consultative approach — no high-pressure tactics, just good conversation
- Reliability, self-motivation, and a collaborative mindset
- Comfort working across two locations in the Gunnison Valley
- Love of the mountain and wellness lifestyle is a plus — our customers live it
