Position Overview:
The General Manager of Sales is the leader of the studio and is responsible for driving membership sales, building a high-performing team, and creating an exceptional member experience. This role requires a results-oriented professional with strong leadership, sales, and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive membership growth and meet/exceed monthly sales goals.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of Sales Associates and Coaches.
- Create and manage community outreach and marketing initiatives to generate new leads.
- Oversee day-to-day studio operations, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and efficiency.
- Deliver excellent customer service by engaging with members and creating a welcoming environment.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Manage staff schedules, payroll, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with HOTWORX brand standards and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in fitness, wellness, or hospitality.
- 2 years of management or supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and coach a team.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others achieve their goals.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, POS/CRM systems).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
