HOTWORX is a 24-Hour Infrared Fitness Studio that combines Heat, Infrared Energy & Exercise to help members flush toxins, tone up, and torch calories. Our studio offers 24-hour access to virtual workouts ranging from Hot Yoga to Hot Cycle, Hot Core and more. Our exclusive workouts are done inside the HOTWORX sauna and are led by virtual instructors in a semi-private environment, suitable for all fitness levels to give members MORE WORKOUT IN LESS TIME!
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and sales-driven Sales Associate to keep growing our membership base.
Role Description
As a Trainer Sales Associate (TSA), you will be responsible for welcoming members inside the studio, selling memberships, creating lasting relationships with our members, and keeping the studio clean. Together, with the General Manager, you will develop sales strategies and meet sales targets. You may also be expected to engage in the community through social media, community events and local fairs. Regular tasks include:
- Outreach to prospects to generate guest traffic and membership sales.
- Grow the membership base of the studio through community outreach, promotions, and events.
- Meet individual sales goals on a monthly, weekly and daily basis using measurement tools provided by HOTWORX.
- Participate in social media efforts to spread the word of HOTWORX.
- Provide excellent customer service by building and maintaining relationships and support with all members and guests.
- Perform daily cleaning tasks to keep the studio clean and germ-free.
- Perform various tasks to manage and maintain the facility, equipment, cleanliness, and sales staff.

Compensation: Hourly pay with an unlimited and generous performance-based bonus and commission structure.
