Starting Role & Pay StructureThis position begins as a 3-month Assistant Manager (GM-in-Training) role at $18/hour. After 90 days, performance will be formally evaluated. If expectations for the General Manager role are met, compensation will increase to $20/hour, and the role will transition into General Manager.This is a full-time, long-term leadership role intended for someone looking to make the studio their professional home—not a short-term or temporary position.Please note: This position does not include health insurance benefits.Role MissionThe General Manager is responsible for the overall success, culture, and growth of the HOTWORX® studio. This includes leading staff, driving memberships, executing marketing initiatives, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and professionally representing the HOTWORX® brand at all times.This is a high-visibility, front-facing, social role.
