Logistics Clerk II

HotFoot Recruiters is hiring Logistics Clerk II (2nd Shift) to support a high-compliance manufacturing operation in Arizona. This role is ideal for experienced logistics professionals with hazardous materials handling background who thrive in structured, safety-driven environments.

We are seeking candidates with strong tenure, attention to detail, and experience working within regulated manufacturing settings.

Position: Logistics Clerk II

Location: East Mesa, Arizona

Type: Full-Time | Contract

Work Schedule: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Pay: DOE

Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities

• Package, label, and mark shipments in accordance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare all required shipping documentation for domestic and international shipments.
• Prepare and submit invoices and electronic shipment notifications to customers.
• Schedule and coordinate shipments of hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety guidelines.
• Work collaboratively within a team environment to meet department goals.
• Move hazardous materials to designated storage locations.
• Palletize, wrap, and accurately mark outgoing shipments.
• Separate materials and verify receiving documentation.
• Maintain inventory accuracy using ERP systems.
• Unload trucks and receive incoming materials.
• Enter receiving data into the ERP system.
• Perform cycle counts of finished goods.
• Stage products for inspection.
• Support raw material deliveries.
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Experience handling hazardous materials required.
• Strong working knowledge of ERP systems.
• DOT and/or ICAO certification required.
• Forklift certification required.
• Proven history of good tenure in previous roles.
