Engineering Assistant

HotFoot Recruiters is hiring an Engineering Assistant to support design and coordination efforts for construction and engineering projects in a high-tech environment. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with Revit and AutoCAD skills who are looking to grow into BIM or engineering roles.

This role is open to entry-level candidates who are willing to learn and be trained in a fast-paced project environment.

Position: Engineering Assistant

Location: Phoenix, AZ (85027 or client's site)

Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire

Schedule: M-F 8A-5P

(subject to change to match construction engineering team)

Pay Range: $60,000 – $70,000 DOE

Responsibilities

• Support engineering and design teams with Revit and AutoCAD drafting/modeling work
• Assist with preparing and updating drawings, layouts, and project documentation
• Maintain organized project files and support document control
• Collaborate with engineers and project teams to ensure design accuracy and coordination
• Assist with data entry and tracking using Excel
• Support project coordination tasks as needed
• Occasionally work in cleanroom environments as required
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience or training in Revit and AutoCAD required
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Willingness to work occasional overtime
• Open to occasional travel or site assignment changes
• Comfortable working in cleanroom environments when needed
• Recent graduates or early-career candidates in engineering, drafting, or construction-related fields are welcome to apply.
