Bilingual Customer Service Specialist

HotFoot Recruiters is hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist to support client communication, order coordination, and internal project support for a growing engineering and manufacturing organization. Position: Bilingual Customer Service Specialist

Location: Phoenix, AZ (85027)

Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire

Schedule: M-F 8A-5P

Pay Range: $60,000 – $70,000 DOE

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, updates, and issue resolution
• Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, operations, logistics) to ensure timely order processing and project support
• Prepare and manage documentation, reports, and communication using Microsoft Office tools
• Track order status, follow up on requests, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Support basic sales and account coordination activities as needed
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions and project updates
• Assist with cross-functional communication between U.S. teams and overseas stakeholders
  
  

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Mandarin and English required
• 1 year of experience in customer service, sales support, or coordination roles preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong communication skills with a proactive and outgoing personality
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Associate degree or higher preferred
• Good customer service skills, being proactive, and enjoys working with people
• Strong sense of ownership and follow-through
• Interested in growing into project coordination or account management roles
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment
