EHS Professional

HotFoot Recruiters is hiring an EHS Professional (OSHA 510) to support TSMC semiconductor construction operations in North Phoenix, AZ. This role is critical in maintaining site safety compliance and supporting large-scale construction teams in a fast-paced, high-risk environment.

Location: North Phoenix, AZ (TSMC Site)

Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire or Direct Hire

Schedule: M-F | 4:45AM-2PM (subject to change based on project needs)

Pay Range: $30–$40/hr DOE

Responsibilities

• Support and enforce site safety programs in compliance with OSHA and project requirements
• Conduct daily site walkthroughs, hazard assessments, and safety inspections
• Identify unsafe conditions and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly
• Lead or support safety meetings, toolbox talks, and daily briefings
• Assist with incident reporting, investigations, and root cause analysis
• Maintain accurate safety documentation, reports, and compliance records
• Monitor worker safety compliance, PPE usage, and adherence to site protocols
• Coordinate with safety reps, field teams, and project leadership to ensure alignment
• Support audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance efforts
• Promote and reinforce a strong safety-first culture across all personnel
  
  

Qualifications

• OSHA 510 or OSHA 511 certification required
• 2 years of experience in construction safety, EHS, or field safety support
• Experience in construction environments required (semiconductor or TSMC experience preferred, but not required)
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practices
• Ability to work on active construction sites and perform site walkthroughs daily
• Strong communication and coordination skills across field teams
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and follow-up skills
• English required (bilingual Mandarin is a plus, but not required)
