Pay: $70,000 – $80,000 DOE

Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit drawings; support design coordination with engineering teams
- Track project progress and help resolve field conflicts and routing issues
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams; attend BIM meetings
- Maintain project documentation, drawings, and records
- Support project managers to ensure timely and accurate deliverables
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English (required)
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, or related field
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel required)
- Experience in construction, engineering, or project coordination preferred
- AutoCAD/Revit exposure is a plus
- Strong communication and coordination skills in a fast-paced environment
