We are seeking a reliable and proactive Nights/Weekends Maintenance and Front Desk Associate to oversee property operations during evening and weekend hours. The ideal candidate will be on-site to respond promptly to emergencies or urgent requests, serving as the primary point of contact for maintenance issues and guest needs during their shift and after hours.
Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for maintenance-related issues during nights and weekends, responding promptly to emergencies or urgent requests.
- Perform basic check-in procedures for as needed, ensuring a smooth arrival experience.
- Communicate effectively with guests through phone calls and in-person interactions, providing excellent customer service.
- Address customer service problems with professionalism and problem-solving skills to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Manage guest communication efficiently, including responding to inquiries and coordinating necessary services.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks of the property to identify and address issues proactively.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment on-site at all times.
- Be available on-call after hours to handle maintenance emergencies or urgent requests that may arise outside scheduled hours.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service, front desk operations, or hospitality is preferred.
- Moderate knowledge of property maintenance or handyman skills is advantageous.
