Job Summary

Duties
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems
- Perform plumbing system maintenance and repairs, ensuring all fixtures and pipes operate efficiently.
- Maintain building interiors through painting, carpentry, drywall repair, and general facilities upkeep.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment
- Follow safety protocols while working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), HVAC systems, and other complex building systems.
- Support the maintenance of facilities equipment including elevators, lighting, and security systems.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff or guests.
- Work closely with the front desk staff to ensure all rooms are unkept with the quality of the rooms/buliding and working order of the property.
Qualifications
- Proven experience and knowledge of drywall repairs, minor carpentry, tile work, plumbing, and minor electrical.
