Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and any inquiries during their stay
- Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email
- Handle guest reservations, cancellations, and payment processing accurately
- Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, local attractions, and area events
- Address guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally
- Balance daily transactions and prepare end-of-shift reports
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure smooth daily operations
- Bartend in the lobby bar on slower evenings when a bartender is not scheduled
- Prepare and serve beverages responsibly
- Maintain bar cleanliness and inventory
- Engage with guests to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Friendly, professional, and dependable demeanor
- Basic computer and POS system skills (experience with hotel management systems a plus)
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
- Must be at least 18 years old
