What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hotel Front Desk Agent position at Comfort Inn & Suites?
- Afternoon Shifts: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (2–3 days per week)
- Night Audit: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM (When needed for extra hours)
We are hiring for a Front Desk Agent who can work Afternoon Shift (4p-12a) and Night Audit (12a-8a) if and when needed. This can lead to a full-time position (32 hours) and requires a dependable individual who can handle working well on their own while following policy and proceedor.
Position Overview
The ideal candidate enjoys working with the public, has a great attitude, and can stay alert and focused during late-night hours. Reliability, punctuality, and consistency are essential, along with having reliable transportation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Night Audit procedures and complete end-of-day reports (training provided)
- Check guests in/out, manage reservations, and process payments
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional attitude
- Handle guest questions, concerns, and requests
- Maintain an organized, clean front desk area
- Follow all hotel policies and procedures
- Work independently while multitasking efficiently
