Duties

- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
- Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and provide information as needed.
- Assist with night audit tasks as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately processed.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the guest experience and ensure smooth operations.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
