Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our breakfast area is clean, well-stocked, and welcoming for guests. You will play a key part in providing an exceptional dining experience, contributing to the overall satisfaction of our guests during their stay.
Duties
- Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet area, ensuring all food items are fresh and presented attractively.
- Prepare and serve breakfast items according to dietary guidelines and guest preferences.
- Buss tables promptly and efficiently, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
- Assist guests with any inquiries about the breakfast offerings and provide excellent guest services.
- Monitor food supplies and replenish as necessary throughout the breakfast service.
- Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas after service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and catering needs are met.
- Follow all health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation.
Experience
- Previous experience in a culinary or food service role is preferred but not required.
- Experience in hospitality or guest services is a plus, with a focus on creating a welcoming environment.
- Familiarity with meal preparation, catering, or banquet services is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards.
