ROLE SUMMARY: The Outlet Bartender is responsible for crafting exceptional beverage experiences that celebrate the authentic spirit of the Fort Worth Stockyards. More than pouring drinks, this role brings warmth, personality, and genuine hospitality to every guest interaction. The Bartender ensures each transaction feels like part of the overall guest experience, delivering Legendary Service while upholding the high standards of the Autograph Collection and the unique culture of Hotel Drover.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Greet, engage, and serve guests promptly, creating a welcoming and personalized bar experience.

Prepare and serve beverages according to standardized recipes, ensuring consistency, quality, and accuracy.

Take orders and process transactions efficiently through the POS system, maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless service flow and guest satisfaction.

Demonstrate strong teamwork by actively supporting Servers and support staff to maintain seamless communication, timely service, and an exceptional guest experience.

Monitor guest behavior, practice responsible alcohol service, and promptly notify management of any issues or intoxication concerns.

Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the bar area, including glassware, equipment, and supplies.

Restock liquor, beer, wine, garnishes, and bar supplies as needed; rotate inventory to ensure freshness and minimize waste.

Unpack and store deliveries, stock shelves and coolers, and assist with inventory management.

Adhere to all TABC, health, and safety regulations to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.

All other duties as assigned.
ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods, often in a fast-paced environment.

Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 50 lbs. without assistance.

Comfortable working in hot/cold environments (e.g., kitchen, walk-ins).

Comfortable working around varying temperatures (hot kitchens, cold storage, and outdoor patio spaces).

Ability to bend, reach, and move efficiently behind bar counters and service stations.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on guest engagement and service excellence.

Flexible schedule — must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain composure under pressure.

TABC and Food Handler certifications required.
