RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Embody the values of Hotel Drover
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
- Responsible for guest room inspection ensuring we are providing the highest level of cleanliness in our guest rooms.
- Ensure corridors and service areas are in proper order.
- Ensure total guest satisfaction with personalized service and special attention is paid when calling guest rooms.
- Supervise and support room attendants, monitor daily work assignments, productivity, and standards.
- Responsible for opening and closing the house; creating room attendants boards/room assignments with a focus on labor productivity.
- Patrols guest corridors to guarantee their perfect appearance and conditions.
- Ensure room inspections are conducted daily on vacant and occupied rooms.
- Ensure proper record-keeping of communication.
- Maintain required par stock for linen, cleaning supplies, and amenities in appropriate areas.
- Ensure team members are following safety habits and enforcing established security procedures.
- Communicate all problems pertaining to the guest room to the appropriate departments.
- Provide the front desk with clean rooms on a priority basis and maintain communication.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by the leader.

- Strong interpersonal and relationship building abilities; passion for collaboration and providing administrative support.
- Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift, bend and stand for extended periods.
- Previous experience in similar Job role.
- Ability to read, write, and verbally communicate with other business departments, guests, and vendors.
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 10-25 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
