What you’ll do:

- Cultivate strong relationships with clients through proactive account management and regular communication.
- Utilize CRM software to track performance metrics and optimize lead generation efforts.
- Conduct site inspections to showcase our offerings and enhance customer engagement.
- Drive direct sales initiatives through cold calling, networking, and strategic partnerships.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify NEW opportunities
- Collaborate with other team members to facilitate cross-selling opportunities
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales with a strong track record in B2B sales environments.
- Demonstrated strong skills in achieving sales goals.
- Proficient in using CRM software for tracking leads, managing accounts, and reporting on sales activities.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Experience in both inside and outside sales roles in hospitality is preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess performance data and make informed decisions.
