Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere
- Take orders, answer questions, and provide recommendations to guests
- Manage tables effectively, ensuring that all orders are fulfilled in a timely manner
- Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation throughout the dining area
- Handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system efficiently
- Upsell and promote menu items, increasing sales and enhancing the dining experience
- Work effectively with the kitchen staff to ensure that orders are prepared correctly
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to restaurant standards
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues promptly and professionally
- Utilize OpenTable and other technology to manage reservations and table assignments
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Experience with cash handling and point-of-sale systems
- Proven sales and upselling skills
- Experience in a nightclub or similar setting
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Willingness to help colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
