Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
- Manage reservations using OpenTable and coordinate seating arrangements efficiently
- Assist with seating guests promptly while maintaining a smooth flow of service
- Support servers by bussing tables, refilling water glasses, and ensuring cleanliness of dining areas
- Handle guest inquiries and special requests with enthusiasm and attention to detail
- Operate POS systems for order entry and payment processing
- Manage cash handling accurately during cashiering transactions
- Assist with food handling, serving, and basic food industry procedures as required
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively
- Experience in serving, bussing, or host/host roles is desirable
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends in a fast-paced environment
