Schedule
- Weekend Shift: 12:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- Weekend availability required
- Monitor facility grounds, entrances, exits, and common areas to maintain a safe environment.
- Conduct routine security rounds and report any safety concerns or unusual activity.
- Assist with visitor management and ensure facility access procedures are followed.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and security-related situations.
- Support staff, residents, and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain accurate security logs and documentation.
- Follow all facility safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Work collaboratively with facility leadership and team members.
- Previous security, healthcare, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong observation and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dependable, professional, and able to work independently.
- Ability to remain calm and effective in emergency situations.
- Experience working in a healthcare or senior living environment is a plus.
- Security certification/license preferred if required by state regulations.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to perform routine security rounds throughout the facility.
- Ability to respond quickly and safely to security concerns.
