Horsham Center for Jewish Life is a 324-bed long-term care community dedicated to providing exceptional care and enhancing the quality of life for our residents. We are currently seeking compassionate, dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our nursing team and provide high-quality care across multiple shifts.
As an LPN at Horsham Center, you will play an essential role in delivering resident-centered care, supporting clinical needs, and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of those we serve.
Available Shifts
Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
Monitor, assess, and document residents’ conditions while reporting changes to the appropriate care team members.
Collaborate with Registered Nurses, CNAs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to promote quality resident outcomes.
Support a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for residents.
Qualifications
Current Pennsylvania LPN license required.
Compassionate, dependable, and dedicated to providing excellent resident care.
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Previous long-term care experience preferred but not required.
