We are looking for an OT who is passionate about helping residents improve independence, function, and quality of life in a supportive care environment.
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Provide skilled occupational therapy services based on physician orders
- Establish appropriate short- and long-term goals
- Implement and modify treatment plans based on resident progress and clinical needs
- Monitor resident response to treatment and document progress
- Participate in resident assessments and care plan development
- Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and other interdisciplinary team members
- Provide resident-centered care focused on maximizing independence and quality of life
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current Occupational Therapist license in good standing required
- Experience working with the geriatric population preferred
- Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care
- Full-Time, Part-Time & PRN opportunities
