We are seeking reliable and professional Security Guards to help maintain a safe and secure environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time | Varied shifts available including days, evenings, nights, and weekends
Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and patrol facility grounds and building entrances
Maintain a visible security presence throughout the property
Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and resident concerns
Document daily activities, incidents, and security reports accurately
Assist with visitor check-in procedures and access control
Monitor surveillance systems and report suspicious activity
Ensure compliance with facility safety policies and procedures
Work collaboratively with facility management and healthcare staff
Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and visitors
Previous security experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays if needed
CPR certification or security license preferred but not required
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to respond quickly in emergency situations
Occasional lifting, bending, and stair climbing required
