Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol facility grounds and building entrances
- Maintain a visible security presence throughout the property
- Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and resident concerns
- Document daily activities, incidents, and security reports accurately
- Assist with visitor check-in procedures and access control
- Monitor surveillance systems and report suspicious activity
- Ensure compliance with facility safety policies and procedures
- Work collaboratively with facility management and healthcare staff
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and visitors
- Previous security experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays if needed
- CPR certification or security license preferred but not required
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to respond quickly in emergency situations
- Occasional lifting, bending, and stair climbing required
