The Horsham Center for Jewish Life is looking for full-time Licensed Physical Therapist Assistants to join our wonderful in-house therapy team!
Located in beautiful North Wales, PA, our facility contains 270 long-term care beds, 54 short-term rehabilitation beds, and 48 apartments in our personal care unit.
The Physical Therapist Assistant works under the leadership of our Director of Rehabilitation.

Physical Therapist Assistant Job Responsibilities:
- The Physical Therapist Assistant will provide comprehensive treatment to patients under the supervision of a PT according to state practice guidelines.
- The Physical Therapy assistant will document progress in daily treatment notes and complete all required documentation as indicated by state guidelines.
- Document their treatments and follow up with interdisciplinary team members for best practice.
- Implement and conduct treatment as outlined in the treatment plan.
- Physical Therapy Assistant will monitor their treatments as indicated by the physician orders.
- Participate in implementation of resident care plans.
- Will work with interdisciplinary team to improve residents quality of life by providing optimal care and address care plans.
- Must be a graduate of an accredited college with an A.S. in Physical Therapist Assistance that APTA recognizes.
- Must provide current license and/or registration as Physical Therapist Assistant.
- Experience with the geriatric population is preferred.
