- Design and develop ServiceNow applications, workflows, and reports to enhance business processes.
- Manage integrations with other systems to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.

- Certified ServiceNow System Administrator with 3–5 years of experience.
- Strong technical skills in ServiceNow administration, including configuration and user management.
- Experience with FedRAMP requirements and security operations.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving with a proactive approach.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) and ITSM processes.
- Knowledge of information security principles and government compliance standards.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps techniques.
- Ability to generate and maintain technical documentation.
