Vestra Care is seeking a NYS Licensed Nursing Home Administrator for Susquehanna Nursing and Rehab located at 282 Riverside Drive Johnson City NY 13790
SHIFT: Full-time
Full-time Rate $140,000 to $150,000 depending on experience

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operates the facility in accordance with Federal, State and local rules and regulations governing residential health care facilities; and in accordance with the established policies and procedures of the Governing Body.
- Acts as a liaison with Governing Body, the medical staff, the nursing staff and other professional and supervisory staff, through regular meetings.
- Maintains operational oversight and ultimate responsibility for all departments including but not limited to; Nursing, Therapy, Laundry, Housekeeping, Dietary, Social Services, Activities, Business Office, Maintenance and Human Resources/payroll.
- Designates the Director of Nursing or Assistant Administrator to serve as Administrator in the absence of the Administrator.
