Responsibilities
- Organize and assign incoming mail, faxes, emails, and digital files to relevant teams.
- Index and maintain accurate records using our workflow systems.
- Review participant contract data and ensure compliance and completeness.
- Prepare and dispatch correspondence to contract participants.
- Monitor response timelines and ensure timely follow-up.
- Assist with locating missing participants and managing uncashed checks.
- Provide clear explanations of basic functional information to participants and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including OneDrive and PDF management.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and punctuality.
- Comfortable with remote work using VPN setup.
- Experience with ChatGPT and Microsoft tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to multi-task and leverage organizational skills effectively.
