Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of a Seasonal Creative Kick Off Event, ensuring all logistics and timelines are met.
• Develop and manage detailed calendars for product design and creative direction, collaborating with various teams.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, overseeing on-site setups and identifying potential risks.
• Build and maintain tracking status documents to ensure flawless execution of projects.
• Partner with teams to align creative direction with the Global GTM Process.
  
  
  

Skills

• Proven experience in project management operations, with a focus on internal milestone planning.
• Strong understanding of the product design production process from concept to delivery.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create visual calendars and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the outdoor or apparel industry.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with tools like Wrike, Smartsheet, AirTable, Coupa, PowerPoint/Keynote, and Figma.
