Product Designer

Join us as a Product Designer to revolutionize user experiences in money transfers, focusing on the U.S. to Mexico market. This remote role offers the chance to work on cutting-edge design projects that directly impact customers' financial journeys.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from initial concept to final execution, including creating user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Product Managers and Engineers, to identify user needs and define project goals.
• Develop visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that align with the brand and emotionally engage users.
• Advocate for user-centered design by integrating customer insights into the development process.
• Effectively manage project timelines to ensure timely delivery of design work.
  
  
  

Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful design projects.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma and ProtoPie.
• Ability to drive product direction and make customer-focused decisions.
• Strong understanding of app-based and web-based product design principles.
  
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing for consumer-facing financial products, particularly in the FinTech sector.
• Familiarity with complex workflow design and prototyping.
