Responsibilities
- Lead user experience research initiatives to support product design and development.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to set research objectives and methodologies.
- Interpret qualitative and quantitative data to extract actionable insights.
- Deliver research findings and recommendations to stakeholders engagingly.
- Facilitate sessions to gather feedback and fine-tune research strategies.
- Ensure user needs and business goals are central throughout the research process.
- Bachelor’s degree in UX, design research, psychology, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Three to five years of successful UX research experience.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, engaging diverse audiences.
- Competency in diverse research methodologies and tools, both qualitative and quantitative.
- Strong ability to manage stakeholders and collaborate effectively.
- Experience in the financial services or banking sector is advantageous.
- Knowledge of user-centered design principles and practices.
- Flexibility in adapting research methods based on project timelines and goals.
- Robust analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
