Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and communicate product vision and strategy.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to align with business objectives.
• Create user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development teams effectively.
• Act as the primary liaison between business units and Agile teams for seamless communication.
• Engage with prospective users to gather feedback and enhance product requirements.
• Work with Product Management to set release schedules and assess product readiness.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Five or more years of experience in a related field.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product management practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in contact center environments.
• Familiarity with AWS Contact Control Panel (CCP) technology.
