- Five or more years of experience in a related field.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in creating user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Experience in contact center environments.
- Familiarity with AWS Contact Control Panel (CCP) technology.
- Background in the financial industry.
