PC Technician

Responsibilities

• Document and analyze business processes to identify IT solutions that meet user needs.
• Support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for workstations, laptops, and printers.
• Collaborate with clients to define requirements and ensure successful implementation of IT solutions.
• Facilitate business process redesign and documentation as needed.

Skills

• Proven experience in Information Technology, particularly in a manufacturing or similar environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining Microsoft PCs and software.
