PC Technician

Responsibilities

• Work with moderate work direction and identify issues/problems but may need assistance in resolving
• Work with client to analyze and define the business process that needs an IT solution
• Identify and document high-level requirements, map future state of the solution, and ensure the system/solution meets business and user requirements
• Document and map business process and requirements for the future state of the IT solution
• Identify and understand the end user's need
• Facilitate the business process redesign and documentation as needed
  
  

Qualifications

• Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
• Two years of experience in Information Technology in a Manufacturing, private, public, government, or military environment
• Experience with configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining Microsoft PCs
• Ability to configure, deploy, install, migrate, order, patch, replace, support, and triage site infrastructure as follows: workstations, laptops, tablets, Zebra and HP Printers, servers, VMware, terminal servers and networking
• Provide standard and local software support — VMware, Windows OS and Office suites
  
  

The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
