Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for enterprise applications to end-users.
- Work collaboratively with IT team members on essential projects and initiatives.
- Offer top-notch technical assistance to senior leadership and executives.
- Manage and maintain an accurate inventory of all hardware and software assets.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Create and maintain knowledge base articles to ensure accurate documentation.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Strong understanding of Windows/Android and Apple ecosystems, including Macs and mobile devices.
- Proficiency in IT productivity tools such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
- Solid knowledge of IT security best practices and compliance standards.
- Industry certifications like ITIL or CompTIA are advantageous.
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills across various systems.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Outstanding customer service skills with a proactive approach.
