Responsibilities
- Monitor and improve Load Factor metrics across all transportation modes and regions.
- Maintain and enhance the Load Factor performance tool, ensuring consistency and reliability of data.
- Collaborate with global teams to align Load Factor strategies with business objectives.
- Automate and standardize Load Factor indicators for global reporting and operational routines.
- Document calculation logic and business rules for Load Factor monitoring.
- Engage with stakeholders to promote tool adoption and maximize operational impact.
- Proven experience with logistics and supply chain performance management tools.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manipulate and analyze data using SQL or similar languages.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Excellent communication skills to operate in global and cross-functional environments.
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Knowledge of statistical or predictive modeling techniques.
- Prior experience in consulting or strategy roles is a plus.
