Our client, a global manufacturer and distributor of industrial products and solutions , is seeking a Global Logistics Load Factor Analyst to join their team, in Maplewood, MN . As a Global Logistics Load Factor Analyst, you will be part of the logistics department supporting global operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $48/HR Benefits

Job Function
- Monitor and improve the tracking of Load Factor metrics such as Cube Utilization (CVU%) and Weight Utilization (WU%) across all transportation modes and regions.
- Maintain and expand the Load Factor performance tool to new regions and processes, delivering insights at strategic, tactical, and operational levels.
- Automate and standardize Load Factor indicators for use in global scorecards and dashboards.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align Load Factor strategies with business goals such as cost efficiency and sustainability.
- Ensure consistency, reliability, and quality of Load Factor data from multiple systems and sources.
- Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with performance metrics and data analysis tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
