- Able to read a tape measure and /- fractions.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to learn machine operation procedures.

- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Familiarity with industrial machinery and basic maintenance techniques.
- Basic understanding of quality control principles.
- Certification in workplace safety or machine operation is a plus.
- Assist machine operators in setting up and operating manufacturing equipment.
