- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience operating machines or similar manufacturing equipment.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and safety standards.

- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle machinery safely.
- Corrugated experience operating a Flexo Folder Gluer or Rotary Die Cutter.
- Experience with preventive maintenance and minor machine repairs.
- Familiarity with quality control procedures and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Set up and operate press machines according to production specifications and safety guidelines.
- Monitor machine performance and product quality throughout the production cycle.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and ensure optimal machine function.
- Inspect finished products for defects and report any quality issues to the supervisory team.
- Maintain accurate production records and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
