Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the execution of global IT university programs focused on university relations.
- Manage and deliver IT initiatives within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Ensure alignment of IT programs with strategic objectives and educational partnerships.
- Identify and mitigate program risks and issues related to university collaborations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educational institutions to ensure program success.
- Provide leadership and guidance to program teams, fostering a culture of innovation.
YOU MUST HAVE
- 6 years of experience in IT program management, including experience managing university relations programs
- Proven track record of managing UR programs and teams effectively.
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
- Demonstrated experience in successfully leading technology programs to completion.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards in relevant industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience leading global programs
- Relevant industry certifications such as PMP, ScrumMaster, or similar.
- Demonstrated success in driving digital transformation and strategic IT initiatives.
- Strong project portfolio management skills.
- A passion for staying current with emerging industry trends and best practices.
