Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of IT project managers, providing guidance, coaching, and fostering their professional growth
- Collaborate closely with senior executives and crossfunctional teams to define and execute IT project strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring they drive innovation and operational efficiency
- Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations
- Provide subject matter expertise in project management, offering insights, best practices, and guidance to your team
- Oversee resource allocation, project prioritization, and technology investment decisions to align with business objectives
- Ensure the consistent application of project management methodologies, governance, and compliance within your department
- 6 years of experience in IT project management, including at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a high-performing team.
- Proven success in delivering complex IT projects, meeting quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels. WE VALUE
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant industry certifications such as PMP, ScrumMaster, or similar.
